Paul J Wisniewski
Paul J. Wisniewski

George Toriello sent me this information on November 21, 2017 on Paul J. Wisniewski, who appears to be the brother of William. According to the 1940 census Paul was living at 13 Henry Place, Hackensack, NJ, upon enlistment. Paul was born on April 7, 1911 and was Killed in Action on December 12, 1944. He is buried in the Netherlands according to the website:

https://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GSln=WI&GSpartial=1&GSbyrel=all&GScntry=69&GSsr=1201&GRid=56305363&

Paul J. Wisniewski name is on the city plaque for World War II in Hackensack City Hall for having died while in the service.  He is one of three Wisniewski names on the
Supreme Sacrifice plaque in Hackensack. The other two are Francis L. Wisniewski and Raymond P. Wisniewski. If these three men were brothers or even cousins, it is such a tremendous sacrifice for this family.

Let us never forget their sacrifice.
